Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using major credit/debit cards, PayPal, or Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at customersupport@goodearthdepot.com. Once it’s shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure checkout options provided by Shopify Payments.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary by region:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Asia & Pacific: 10–18 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

⚠️ Defective, Missing, or Damaged Items

Q: What should I do if my item arrives defective or damaged?
Please email support@goodearthdepot.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
We’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to either resend the item or issue a full refund—no extra costs to you.

Q: My package is missing an item — what should I do?
Occasionally, multi-item orders may ship separately. Check your tracking emails to confirm.
If an item is missing after full delivery, contact us right away — we’ll resolve it promptly.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or incorrect items, Good Earth Depot covers all return shipping costs.
For voluntary returns (change of mind, wrong color/size), customers cover return shipping.
