💚 Our Policy

At Good Earth Depot, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incomplete, we’ll resolve it immediately—through a replacement, reshipment, or full refund.

📅 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories or manuals.

  • Defective or damaged products qualify for free replacement or refund, even if opened, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

⚙️ Exchanges & Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts:

  1. Contact support@goodearthdepot.com within 7 days.

  2. Include your order number, a short description, and photo or video proof.

  3. We’ll confirm with our dropshipping partner and either:

    • Ship a replacement at no cost, or

    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

No return shipping fees apply to verified defective or incorrect items.

🚚 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@goodearthdepot.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will verify eligibility and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Follow the instructions in our email to return the product safely.

For voluntary returns (change of mind or wrong size/color), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • If a replacement is requested, shipment occurs within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • You’ll receive email updates throughout the process.

🧭 Dropshipped Product Returns

Some items are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners.
All return or replacement requests are reviewed and approved by these partners before processing. Once approved, we’ll immediately issue your refund or replacement.
Good Earth Depot handles all communication on your behalf to ensure a smooth resolution.
